Admission Hub is an established education and immigration consultancy located in Toronto Canada. They are dedicated to helping immigrants and international students settle in Canada

Challenge

  • Situation: Admission Hub set up their website 5 years ago and over the years it wasn’t properly updated. This resulted in an overall decline in sales and brand visibility 
  • Problem : user experience not up to the mark and also there was decline in quality leads
  • Goals: Increase in monthly number of leads by 50%. Complete a design overhaul of the entire website.

Solution

  • Strategy: Upon identifying the above problems, a holistic marketing strategy was designed to reach the goals of Admission Hub. A major focus was kept during the first 2 months on revamping the website design and SEO to establish brand visibility in the industry. The following months focused on Paid Media and Social Media to get quality leads into the business.
  • Tactics: A SEO strategy focused on optimising already performing web pages and maximising their traffic through On page and Off page keywords
  • Website design was majorly focused on building a modern, responsive and easy to navigate website where users could scroll through blog pages and fill out the contact form easily. 
  • Paid Media and Social Media Later, with a smart mix of both Paid Media and Social Media the final push was created to reach maximum customers and convert them as leads.

Tools
There were numerous tools utilised during the entire process but the most productive tool was utilisation or Microsoft Clarity, that gave us insights into how users were reacting to the changes on the website and what can be done differently to increase customer retention.

Results

Here are the improvements in UI/UX from before and after the design overhaul

In terms of Leads, they witnessed a 60% increase from August (the month of website completion ) to September
